went to the stadium for a night run just now with sylviatankeeboon.hhahaha.
been so long since i went there and i have decided to go there every tues and thurs:D
i think syl is running with me on thurs again,anybody who wants to run,give me a call.
today only ran 8rounds--
first 6 rounds ran without stopping.
after the run went to gombak gym.view around and saw shah and adil and their team playing sepak takraw.think they are having match.

feel so good after the run,agree sylvia?:D
