today was a very unlucky day for me seriously.
wasnt feeling well.
sorry joey and adilah if i vent my anger on you guys.
went to Cgirls training which was like 9am--becos coach asked us to help him with it.

daniel help us buy bubble tea.
and when coach takeover me to train adilah and joey.
adilah first ball went directly to bren drink and we got to clean up.


then was Bboys training.i set the ball for them.
LOL,i think it was really fun.
missed lunch time was training Cgirls and helping Bboys with setting,ask junfeng to help us buy.but he return when Bgirls training starts.
and we cant eat but nevermind--cause we have to do skipping,bar and spiking to the wall.
was really tough as i was having stomachache.
was spiking while waiting for lynette to finish carrying the bar up and down.
sylvia and bren bought me the chicken rice because finally coach said can eat.
very cute la.they thought i was crying because i couldnt eat but is because i havent do finish.ahaha.and i was having stomachache.

i was eating and ain was spiking and the ball came directly to my food packet.*ain dont feel guilty(: is okay.team bonding time as you said.cleaning up chicken rice.ahaha.
and the chicken rice was on my leg--
and justin say
"you shouldnt eat here because your friends skills is not very good enough" very sarcastic.haha
sylvia and bren offered me their food.
syl was holding on to her food packet and justin spike on the wall and the ball rebounce onto sylvia food packet.awesome isnt it.
and bren said "justin skills isnt very good too"something like that.
and my leg smell like chicken rice.damn it.
and justin ran off without cleaning.hahaa.asshole.

justin trained me veron bren and syl.
was very fun although very tough.

had match.first match we won.second and third match we lost and i got hit by ball on the face for 2 times.
first bren , second syazreen.lol.not really pain.maybe im used to it.
but it was very fun.team communication.
did ups-downs at the end of the training and bren have to go.
she hug everyone of us and started crying.i think there are a few that cry too.ahahaha.
very dramatic.hahah.
damn you daniel for taking my towel.hahhah.
syl joei zhenwei daniel tengli and coach came to my house for vb.
i think romeo love tengli and zhenwei for massaging him,.hahaha.

sigh,i think my spiking skills is dropping already):
if only i can spike like dante.hahahha.
