i thought that it was quite a windy day so it was a good idea to walk romeo a little while more so he would head straight to sleep when he reach home.

the dog came straight down from the slope barking,its the black dog.the dog gang name the black dog as the leader.he will always take the lead.
it was very near me when i heard the barking.
my first reaction was to RUN.dragged romeo as i didnt have time to carry him and run.
romeo got hurt at the back of his legs,hopefully its better now after applying the cream.

trip to the zoo was cancelled because of the rain and dad got to go back to the company today.

today training was really tiring although we didnt do much.i think is because of the last few matches that made us so tired.

starting of that training was a disaster,stay strong team!<3
played with the Cgirls,first few matches of the results were very stunning.
last few matches played with the mix team(lol,mix team sounds so wrong)

was exhausted but we still feel like playing,lynettttttttttte!!you are right we won the last game!
coach played the last match as setter,eunice,daniel,lao teng and claudia.

can feel the movements in the court and i really feel great about it.
everybody ran for the ball just not to let it drop.
sometimes knee guard is really good but i dont understand why coach doesn't want to let us use.
as in,you fall you wont feel the pain?not so much as not having a knee guard.

thats why i think there are so much knee injuries in our team,maybe it slows down our speed but im sure we can train for it better than ruining our knees.
today i ran for a ball and i fell down for it BUT IT WAS OUT so yeah.fall down for nothing but thankgod i wore a kneepad otherwiseeeeeeeeeee i think my knee will have a lot of scars:/
